Psychotherapy Information:
Counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing mental health issues that interfere with daily living. Some of our treatment methods include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based, and prolonged exposure therapy. We offer the following session times based on the needs of the patient:
· 30-minute sessions
· 45-minute sessions
· 60-minute sessions
Group Therapy Information:
Please note, group therapy is on hold as of January 2024. We typically offer several different counseling groups. Please check back in June to inquire about summer groups.
Psychotherapy groups vary throughout the year. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Groups are offered year-round. Group psychotherapy provides an additional level of support and intervention by bringing together people who are working to make changes in similar areas of life.
