Counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing mental health issues that interfere with daily living. Some of our treatment methods include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based, and prolonged exposure therapy.
We offer several different counseling groups. Psychotherapy groups vary throughout the year. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Groups are offered year-round. Group psychotherapy provides an additional level of support and intervention by bringing together people who are working to make changes in similar areas of life.
